Hello and welcome to a conversation on how to strengthen your resiliency during a time of stress. My name is Shieh-Chi Chen and I help leaders achieve their personal and professional goals.
I invited Ismat Dhala-Nathani to talk to me and us about how to maintain our health on the physical, mental and emotional levels. Ismat has spent over twenty-four years and lived in three continents honing her knowledge of integrative Ayurvedic medicine. In 2002, she founded the Centre for Ayurveda and Indian Systems of Healing in Toronto. Ismat has trained over 100 students and practitioners in Canada, and continues to teach and speak internationally. Her mission is to reach as many individuals as possible to spread good health and wellbeing to the world.
